If you want to experience Albania’s wild nature, explore its history, relax in thermal springs, walk through canyons, and enjoy delicious local cuisine — this tour is perfect for you. We depart early in the morning towards Tepelena. The journey itself is part of the experience: winding mountain roads, constantly changing landscapes, and breathtaking views at every turn. Around each corner, a new panorama opens up — mountains, slopes, and the wild Vjosa River. Our first stop is Tepelena, where you will see the central square, the fortress, and enjoy stunning views of the Vjosa River and the bridge of Ali Pasha of Tepelena. After that, we take a break for aromatic coffee in a cozy café overlooking the river. We then continue to Permet — one of the most charming towns in Albania, once known as the “city of roses.” It has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and a slower pace of life. We will walk along the central promenade and visit Guri i Qytetit — the iconic city rock offering beautiful views over the entire town. The highlight of the trip is the Benja thermal baths. Warm mineral waters, a picturesque Osman stone bridge, surrounding mountains, and natural open-air pools create a true sense of relaxation and renewal. Here you can unwind, recharge, and fully enjoy the moment. After the thermal baths, we will explore the stunning Langarica Canyon — one of the most impressive natural sites in the region. The day ends with a delicious dinner featuring fresh meat, vegetables, local cheeses, wine or raki — the perfect way to reflect on the day’s experiences. The tour is for: — nature lovers and those who enjoy scenic mountain landscapes; — travelers looking to combine relaxation, wellness, and discovery; — those who want to see authentic Albania beyond the typical tourist spots. Optional: Rafting on the river can be arranged upon request.
